Wes McCollum is a
founding member of the
firm McCollum &
Crutchfield P.C.. During
his career he has tried
hundreds of cases. Wes
began his legal career at a
large plaintiff’s law firm in
Montgomery, Alabama
where he was involved in
several cases resulting in
multi- million dollar
verdicts and settlements.
Prior to co-owning his own
firm, he was the Assistant
District Attorney of the 37th
Judicial Circuit in Lee
County. He was
responsible for the
prosecution of felony and
misdemeanor cases. In
addition to these
responsibilities, he was
responsible for the
evaluation of all felony
cases for sufficiency of
evidence and
completeness of
investigation. During this
time, he served as a
Special Assistant United
States Attorney for the
Middle District of Alabama.
Wes has many outstanding
academic achievements as
well. He was one of ten
students selected for the
inclusion in Who’s Who
Among Students in
American Universities and
Colleges and upon
graduation from law
school, he was awarded
Outstanding First Year
Student Award in 1994.
Wes’s areas of practice
include criminal law,
personal injury, real estate,
and business
organizational law. In
addition to his trial
practice, Wes has been
involved in Habitat for
Humanity, Children’s Policy
Council for the state of
Alabama and the Chairman
of the Lee County Young
Woman of the Year
Pageant. He is currently
serving as Vice-President
of the Lee County Bar
Association and is a
member of the Board for
the East Alabama Youth for
Christ. Wes is also a board
member for the Auburn
Wesley Foundation and he
is a member of the
Cornerstone United
Methodist Church.
Personal:
Wes is married to the
former Bee Beasley and
they have an 11 year old
daughter. Wes is certainly
not all business. He enjoys
sailing and sports. He
enjoys the outdoors and
loves to bike and play golf.
He also enjoys playing the
guitar in his spare time.

Todd Crutchfield is a
founding member of the

Crutchfield and has
practiced law since 1996.
Prior to co-owning his own
law firm, Todd worked for a
local Auburn law firm
where he represented
individuals and
businesses in various
areas of law. He was also
a law clerk for Jacob A.
Walker III, Presiding
Judge, 37th Judicial
Circuit where he
conducted legal research,
reviewed and analyzed
pleadings and briefs,
prepared proposed
orders, organized civil and
criminal dockets, prepared
jury instructions and wrote
legal memoranda on a
wide variety of legal
topics. Todd was
previously Owner/Vice-
President of an
environmental firm called
SunCrest Laboratories, L.L.
C.
Todd has extensive work
experience. He observed,
researched, and prepared
memoranda for numerous
criminal, civil and
domestic trials. He
participated in numerous
hearings and proceedings
in criminal, civil and
domestic settings. He was
a small business owner for
five years and has a
unique combination of
technical training and
experience, intertwining
the scientific,
regulatory/legislative and
legal communities.
Todd’s areas of practice
include civil plaintiff
litigation, civil defense
litigation, criminal
defense, domestic
relations and appellate
practice. In addition to his
extensive work in law, he
is very involved in the
community. He is an
Explorer Post Committee
member and active
participant in Explorer
Post Programs for the Lee
County Bar Association.
Todd is also a host family
for the State of Arkansas
Dixie Youth Minor Team;
50th Dixie Youth World
Series held in Auburn,
Alabama. He is also a
Sunday school teacher at
the Auburn United
Methodist Church.
Personal:
Todd his wife Nancy have
been married for over 12
years. He enjoys driving
offroad in his Jeep and
loves the outdoors.

Clint Wilson began
practicing law in Auburn
in September of 2006. In
January of 2007, he
joined the firm as a
partner. Clint
concentrates on the
areas of Federal Creditor
Litigation in Bankruptcy
Court, Probate, Wills and
Estates, Collections,
Automobile Sales Law,
Indigent Defense,
Business Formation and
Civil Litigation. He has
now tried over 100
cases.
Clint is currently a
Diplomat for the Auburn
Chamber of Commerce,
is involved in
Leadership Lee County,
and is a Committee
member for The Young
Auburn Alumni Club. He
also participates in
Habitat for Humanity and

Mentoring Program.
Personal:
Clint is currently
engaged and plans to be
married in May of 2008.

fishing, canoing, golf,
and traveling.
